濟(jì)南注塑加工技術(shù)人員指出，注塑模具加工中上下模有三大要點(diǎn)：一、上模的準(zhǔn)備工作；二、上模步驟；三、下模的準(zhǔn)備工作。

上模的準(zhǔn)備工作
Preparation of upper mold
1）先檢查料是否以烘上，如沒烘必須先烘料。
1) First check whether the material is baked. If not, the material must be dried first.
2）檢查機(jī)器是否是空著，機(jī)器的尺寸是否合適，頂出是否合適，要求的特殊功能是否有，如果有一點(diǎn)達(dá)不到將立刻匯報(bào)等待通知。
2) Check whether the machine is empty, whether the size of the machine is appropriate, whether the ejection is appropriate, and whether the required special functions are available. If one point is not met, it will be reported immediately for notification.
3）檢查模具是否已經(jīng)好了，如果沒好將立刻匯報(bào)等待通知。
3) Check whether the mold is ready. If not, report it immediately and wait for notice.
4）以上三點(diǎn)準(zhǔn)備都好了將準(zhǔn)備上模工具，水管和相應(yīng)的設(shè)備。
4) When the above three points are ready, the upper mold tools, water pipes and corresponding equipment will be prepared.
上模步驟
Upper die steps
1）把模具拉到相應(yīng)的機(jī)臺(tái)的前面放穩(wěn)擰上相應(yīng)吊環(huán)并確認(rèn)頂針。
1) Screw the corresponding thimble onto the corresponding die table.
2）用行車平穩(wěn)的吊起模具慢慢的放入機(jī)中對(duì)準(zhǔn)機(jī)器和模具的定位圈。
2) Lift the mold stably with the traveling crane and slowly put it into the machine to align the positioning ring of the machine and the mold.
3）慢速合模，把模具合緊。
3) Close the mold slowly and tightly.
4）用壓板把模具綁緊并慢速松掉吊車和移走吊車，再次把抬鈀拿下。
4) Fasten the mold with the pressing plate, loosen the crane slowly and remove the crane, and take down the palladium again.
5）起高壓并再次鎖緊螺絲并對(duì)射嘴。
5) Raise the high pressure and lock the screw again and align the nozzle.
6）先檢查模具有無異常或要在開模前須的設(shè)備，確認(rèn)好后慢速開模。
6) First check whether the mold is abnormal or the equipment to be before mold opening, and then open the mold slowly after confirmation.
7）開模后再次檢查模具是否有異常。
7) After opening the mold, check whether the mold is abnormal again.
8）找相關(guān)的人員接特殊的輔助設(shè)備并調(diào)試好。
8) Find relevant personnel to connect special auxiliary equipment and debug it.
9）根據(jù)要求裝上輔助設(shè)備象：水，強(qiáng)拉，熱流道等并實(shí)驗(yàn)這些輔助設(shè)備是否正常。
9) Install auxiliary equipment as required, such as water, forced pull, hot runner, etc., and test whether these auxiliary equipment are normal.
10）準(zhǔn)備開機(jī)。
10) Ready to power on.
下模的準(zhǔn)備工作
Preparation for lower formwork
1）停掉注塑，把螺桿的殘料射出用PP料清洗螺桿。
1) Stop the injection molding, inject the residual material of the screw, and clean the screw with PP material.
2）關(guān)閉相應(yīng)水：普通水和模溫機(jī)的水。
2) Turn off the corresponding water: ordinary water and water of mold temperature machine.
3）準(zhǔn)備都好了將準(zhǔn)備下模工具和相應(yīng)的設(shè)備：水桶，風(fēng)槍，防銹油，吊環(huán)，吊車等。
3) When all preparations are ready, tools and corresponding equipment will be prepared: bucket, air gun, antirust oil, lifting ring, crane, etc.
4）找相應(yīng)的部門拆掉在下模前要拆的設(shè)備。
4) Find the corresponding department to remove the equipment to be removed before mold removal.
