模具的一級保養裝模時的保養（1）裝模前，要對模具的上下表面進行清擦，保證模具安裝面和壓機工作臺面不受壓傷，及模具在生產中上下安裝面的平行度。
First level maintenance of the mold maintenance during mold installation (1) before mold installation, the upper and lower surfaces of the mold shall be cleaned to ensure that the mold installation surface and the working table of the press are not damaged by pressure, and the parallelism of the upper and lower installation surfaces of the mold in production.
（2）模具裝好后，將模具打開，將模具各部分清擦干凈，特別是導向機構，對于表面件模具，其型面清擦干凈，以保證制件的質量。對模具各滑動部分進行潤滑，涂潤滑脂。模具各部份的檢查，特別是件，如：側銷、螺釘、側護板、沖孔廢料道等。

生產中的保養（1）生產中，定期對模具的相應部分進行涂油，如：拉延模的壓料圈、圓角；修邊模的刀口部位；翻邊刀塊部分等。

拉延模凸模、凹模拉延模的凸、凹模，主要出現的問題是拉毛及型面的壓坑。保養時，主要對模具的圓角拉毛部位進行拋光。如果出現壓坑，要對模具進行補焊，再進行修順。

導向零件（導柱、導套及導板等）模具在工作中會出現拉痕等現象。產生的主要原因有潤滑油臟及導向間隙偏等。導向零件產生拉痕，采取用油石推順后拋光的辦法進行。
