1.尺寸精度

指加工后零件的實際工作尺寸與零件進行尺寸的公差的相符合以及程度。

尺寸精度由尺寸公差控制。尺寸公差是零件尺寸在切削加工過程中允許的變化量。在基本尺寸相同的情況下，尺寸公差越小，尺寸精度越高。

指被加工零件表面的實際幾何形狀與理想幾何形狀的重合程度。評定形狀精度有6項，如直線度、平面度、圓度、圓柱度和線輪廓。形狀精度由形狀公差控制。除圓度和圓柱度外，所有形狀公差都分為12個精度等級。1級高，12級低。
